"Church planting returns the local church to its New Testament roots. The church planting movements I have been a part of or seen from afar are full of vitality and a sense of mission because they are embodying the intentions of Jesus for the church in the Great Commission (Matt 28:18-20). Practically, church planting is the most effective way to reach unchurched people and people new to a community with the gospel of Jesus Christ and to also revitalize existing churches. For all of these reasons and more, I am so excited and grateful to be a part of the work of church planting, both in the local church that or and also through the Florida Church Planting Network."
