The FCPN exists to support presbyteries and churches as they plant reproducing churches throughout the state of Florida.

Vision

To see a gospel-centered church planted and flourishing in each Florida community.

Core Values

Stewardship - We are called to faithful stewardship of God’s resources. We look to invest these resources wisely so that they will bear much fruit.

Courage - We will be bold and innovative in the work of planting churches, working out of hope and not out of fear.

Multiplication - We aim to see a movement of reproducing churches in every community in our state. We desire to plant churches that plant churches.

Health - We will seek healthy church growth through healthy church planters. Through assessment, coaching and relational support we seek the spiritual, physical, emotional, relational and vocational health of our church planting pastors.
